Founded in 2007, from what started as small crew of shutdown specialists, and a single utility operating in the Pilbara. Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 2,800 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Project Superintendent to join our existing team Projects Division on a hybrid role working from our CBD Head Office as well as FIFO.

**THE ROLE**

As a Project Superintendent you will be responsible for providing leadership to our project team, whilst working on Australia’s largest mining producers sites. This will include:

- Mentoring of Supervisors and employees in technical and quality requirements
- Participate in planning of works with the Project Team
- Ensure appropriate allocation of resources to achieve planned outcomes
- Carry out prestart risk assessments (Take 5, JHA) and review and authorise (sign off) JHA’s
- Ensuring timesheets for services are completed and signed off by the client
- Manage the engagement and performance of external contractors and suppliers
- Compilation of work packs for project works
- Monitor, record, analyse and report on performance indicators
- Utilise, build, and maintain a professional network to increase bid opportunities

**ABOUT YOU**
- Relevant Trade or Engineering qualification
- Minimum 5-years’ experience in a similar position
- Section 44 with aim to complete Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor training
- Strong technical knowledge of fixed plant mining, including apron feeders & car dumpers
- Experience completing CMS (Contract Management System) documentation for on-site personnel and equipment
- Experience in a multidisciplinary environment
- The ability to manage and execute end to end deliverables on multiple projects
- Flexible and able to work away as required
- A current Australian Drivers Licence
