Our client, a non-for-profit organisation specialising in support services seeks a **fixed term full time** **Finance Officer** to be based in their office in **Phillip.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process Accounts Receivable transactions, including billing, receipting, reconciliation, refunds, etc.
- Reconcile all customer accounts and resolve related discrepancies/dispute.
- Attend to customers' enquiries.
- Maintaining robust and well organised record of all accounts receivable transaction.
- Assist with month
- end closure.
- Other accounts and administrative duties at times.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in a similar role with end-to-end accounts receivable/ billing experience
- Reasonable knowledge and understanding of general accounts principles.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Sound financial and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience in Microsoft NAV Dynamics would be advantageous
- Organisational, time management and task prioritisation skills; and
- Ability to work as a team player but also work independently to deliver results.
