**Who we are**
The Financial Management and Reporting team combine technical expertise with in-depth business insights gained from partnering with the Digital Services Division (DSD) line areas to provide complete business solutions. The team work closely with the DSD Finance Business Partner team in the Corporate and Enabling Group to provide the DSD with high quality, timely and meaningful financial information to support them in delivering their business outcomes.

**The Job**
Responsibilities include:

- providing support and assistance to DSD Cost Centre Managers and Project Managers (PM’s) regarding development of their internal budgets
- updating forecasts on a monthly basis to inform management of funding issues by highlighting pressures or savings
- leading the month-end accruals process and provide general advice on a broad range of financial and accounting matters
- providing analysis and advice on the current and planned financial performance and position of the groups produce monthly financial reports
- producing monthly financial reports
- providing monthly input into project management reporting to Senior Responsible Officers and PM’s
- other ad hoc duties as requested.

**What we are looking for**

**Knowledge and experience**
- Experience in accounting or finance area.
- Knowledge with SAP and TechOne or similar FMIS and reporting tools.
- A working knowledge and understanding of the Commonwealth financial framework.
