onpoint 365 is seeking a
**Finance Officer** who will be responsible for all operational financial matters, including coaching and mentoring the Finance and Administration Officer.

**About the role**:

- Manage the operational Delivery financial service to the business
- Provide consultancy and advice into financial planning, asset management and budgeting
- Develop and manage financial, policies and processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Provide regular financial reporting to management team
- Preparation and processing of fortnightly payroll
- Maintain Astute Payroll system and ensure that all related policies and procedures are kept updated
- Preparation and submission of Business Activity Statements to the ATO
- Preparation and submission of invoices to clients
- Preparation and payment of SG and Super Salary Sacrifices

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Degree in a relevant field with 3 years’ experience in financial operations or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or qualifications
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and a high degree of attention to detail
- Proven organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload and to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- High level communication skills with ability to consult and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly developed computer skills, including proficiency using Xero, Astute and MS Office suite and experience with online data management systems. Advanced skills in Excel will be highly regarded
- Ability to generate solutions to problems that may arise in day-to-day tasks

**Please note**:
This position may require interstate travel. This position will require work and attending onpoint 365 events outside of standard hours.
