- Answer the telephone and be able to handle all types of dental related enquirers
- Communicate patients issues to the dentist
- Positive attitude/can do attitude
- A high level of initiative and motivation
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Knowledge of D4W preferred
- flexible
- good explanation of treatment plans to patients
- must be able to report to Manager
- willing to learn
- Friendly and a high customer service is a must

- Dental Experience is a bonus
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience with dental software
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management & organizational skills
- Excellent communicator
- Memory for faces and names
- Confident, outgoing and friendly with a 'can do' attitude
- Takes ownership of work
- Providing exceptional customer service,

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Must be full Vaccinated

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
