Our family-owned dental practice in Joondalup, First Impressions Dental, is seeking a friendly and experienced Dental Receptionist / Front Dest Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

**What you'll be doing**
- Welcoming patients and managing the reception area in a professional and hospitable manner
- Scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling all administrative duties
- Assisting with insurance claims and patient billing, experience with D4W software preferred
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Providing general support to the dentists and dental assistants as needed

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience working as a dental receptionist or in a similar customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team members
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using dental practice management software and other office technologies
- A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor to provide a welcoming environment for our patients
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate patient records

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
