**The role**
Attitude is everything in this role Join a small, well established customer service team working with clients to manage product and service queries, field queries and resolve customer issues.

**The responsibilities**
This contract assignment involves:

- Engaging with customers to field queries and resolve problems via the phone.
- Documenting conversations in SAP.
- Managing high volumes of calls.

To be successful, you will be energetic and have:

- recent call centre or customer care experience.
- exceptional communication skills and a calm, professional manner.
- good follow up and problem resolution skills.

**The rewards**
This role is critical to the success of the business and offers an exceptional working environment. The assignment is paying $30-32 per hour, paid weekly, superannuation, onsite parking, a subsidised canteen and a great team to work with.
