**Job description**

**The Role**: Due to rapid growth and expansion we are looking for a customer service representative to step into the business on a permanent full time basis and provide customer support, scheduling and liaising to help us scale and deliver the highest quality products and service to our diverse customer base. As a representative you will play a critical role in the everyday operations of EVSE Australia by bringing together and optimising the various business departments to achieve our mission and hit our financial KPI's.

Reporting to the projects team,
- Design and refine the customer journey to ensure it is seamless
- Work with department leaders to ensure efficient workflows
- Monitor and improve internal systems and processes
- Responsibility for day to day operations of the business
- Ensure installations are co-ordinated timely
- Support the internal project team & customers

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
