**About ALS**

The Food and Pharmaceutical Division operates a modern laboratory in Rydalmere that is equipped with the latest in analytical technology.
**About the Role**
We are seeking a full time Client Services Officer to become a part of the ‘frontline’ team. The primary responsibilities of the role will be to provide excellent client support to our existing clientele as well as the Pharmaceutical Chemistry team.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with our clients providing quality service by facilitating effective project delivery and being the liaison between the company and clients. You will manage everything from everyday queries through to maintaining high quality relationships with clients and ensuring ALS is meeting their expectations.
**Day to Day**
Our teams love what they do and when you’re working with us your day could involve:
- Work within the Client Services Team and support the Laboratory production team
- Manage client reporting expectations.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound communications
- Provide quotations and invoicing
- Attend client meetings
- Actively market ALS services
- General administrative tasks as required
**About you**
- Prior experience working in Client Services or a strong customer-focused role.
- Excellent time management, organisation and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast pace environment under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and oral.
- Ability to develop strong external and internal working relationships.
- Ability rapport and identify new business opportunities.
Prior experience in a laboratory would be an advantage but isn’t essential. If you have strong client focused skills gained outside the industry, we encourage you to apply.
