**What You’ll Do**:
As a key member of the operations team, you’ll play a critical role in:

- **Sourcing & Negotiation**: Managing supplier relationships and securing the best deals for high-quality goods and services.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintaining optimal stock levels to meet operational needs without excess.
- **Strategic Planning**: Analysing market trends, forecasting demand, and aligning procurement strategies with business goals.
- **Cost Optimisation**: Ensuring procurement efficiency while adhering to budgets.
- **Compliance & Reporting**: Keeping accurate records and ensuring procurement activities align with company policies.
- This is a hands-on role executing procurement & inventory processes, without people management

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field - Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, APICS) are an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and software. Experience with Oodo ERP is highly regarded but not essential.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
