DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Manager, Supply & Distribution in Sydney.

The role is responsible for assigned customers to determine best supply solutions regarding the supply, storage, and distribution of goods.

**Your typical day at DSV**:
**Stock**
- Liaise with customers to determine best stock levels and plan to ensure determined stock levels are maintained
- Record and track all stock movements in and out of warehouse, from suppliers and customers

**Financial**
- Control direct costs and indirect/overheads costs relating to the accounts
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers involved in accounts
- Review supplier performance

**Development & Commercial**
- Directly manage key commercial leads to increase revenue on accounts
- Align invoicing with contract and rates conditions

**Operations**
- Prepare strategies that ensure ongoing viability and tenure of the accounts
- Build a strategic partnership with other business divisions
- Manage and oversee Warehouse and Domestic Transportation operation. Ensure KPI level vs. expectations
- Lead key monthly & quarterly operational review
- Control & challenge operational costs
- Ensure compliance of procurement with company rules

**People Management**
- Direct and train managers in operational best practice
- Provide advice to management and customers on optimal supply, storage and distribution of the goods being handled.

**About You**:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree with a strong foundation in logistics and supply chain principles
- Bring over 2 years of hands-on experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry
- Skilled in managing and nurturing customer accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Possess solid operational knowledge of both warehousing and transport functions, including inbound and outbound processes
- Proficient in using CargoWise One (CW1) with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), supporting smooth inventory control and order fulfillment
