- We are a fast-growing team, and we are looking for you to play a key role in driving Inspera’s mission forward: to make education more free, accessible, and fair for students all over the world. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing the ARR of an assigned portfolio of existing customers (accounts). You will work structured and strategically towards the defined growth objectives per account. As the Account Manager you will be the Account Owner and will orchestrate the full interaction between Inspera and the Customer.**As the Account Manager** you will hold a pivotal role to ensure value for the customer both for the institution as a whole, for educators and the learning experience of students. In addition you will have a crucial role to realize value for the company (in customer retention and increasing ARR). This is very much a spider-in-the-web function that will interact with almost all functions and departments in Inspera. Both the success for the customer as well as the success for Inspera will depend on the successful execution of the Account Manager role.**Responsibilities**
- Define annual account plans (in collaboration with the Territory Manager and in accordance to the Inspera Methodologies) for all accounts in the assigned portfolio
- Execute on the account plans (in accordance to the Inspera Methodologies) in order to secure value optimization for the customer and ensure maximum account growth
- Make and exceed the Net Sales targets
- Build deep and trusted relations with all relevant personas with the customer organization
- Identify risks (towards the objectives), define and execute plans to mitigate these risk
- Identify opportunities (towards the objectives) and define (&execute) plans to utilize these opportunities
- Timely and Accurate reporting according to the Inspera Reporting requirements
- Assist the Sales Managers in the acquisition of new Logos (e.g. in the Pitch demo phase and the Scoping phase)
- Actively attend tradeshows and conferences and be available as moderator or speaker on such conferences.
- Visit customers where this is necessary and effective towards achieving the objectives
- Own and drive the success of the User Community
- Drive the timely renewal process
- Establish and maintain pleasant and effective relations within the company

**To succeed and thrive in this role you should**
- Be an expert in Digital Assessment for Higher Education or have the motivation to become one
- Be an expert in the Inspera solutions suite or have the motivation to become one
- Have deep understanding of large Academic organizations
- Have work experience within a Higher Education institution
- An excellent and eager communicator
- Organized and structured yet flexible and creative
- A result oriented people person that gets it done, one way or another, whilst keeping everybody onboard and engaged
