In the role you will
Manage enquiries to provide caring and personalised solutions for our customers
Complete Beyond Bank’s Lending Accreditation program
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Be part of a knowledgeable and high achieving team
Manage all facets of our customer’s financial requirements
Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers
Possess a team player attitude and perform general branch duties as part of your role
Engage and assist customers either face to face and/or via outbound calling to identify short, medium, long-term needs and aspirations.
**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
You should be detail-oriented, customer obsessed and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Demonstrated experience in customer service environment, retail, sales and/or banking.
Commitment to success and a strong work ethic
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
A passion for building lasting customer relationships and serving the local community.

What does our recruitment process look like?
