Customer Service Representative

We’re excited to offer multiple opportunities for passionate **Customer Service Representatives** to join our growing Claims team within Terri Scheer, one of Australia’s leading providers of landlord insurers.

We operate a busy inbound Contact Centre focused on delivering exceptional support to new and existing customers.

**Position Overview**:

- **Job Title**:Claims Specialist.
- **Work Hours**:Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week and a rotational roster from 8:00am to 7:00pm.
- **Location**:Adelaide CBD.
- **Work Arrangement**:Hybrid role with a mix of working from home and in the office (post probation).
- **Start Date**:Monday 17th November 2025
- **Salary**:$60,500 + 12% Superannuation + Performance-Based Incentives.

**About the Role**:

- Join Terri Scheer’s Claims team in Adelaide as a Claims Specialist.
- Handle inbound calls, providing advice, support, and lodging claims for property damage and loss of rent.
- No insurance experience? No problem — full training provided.

**What You’ll Do**:
As a Claims Specialist, you will:

- **Customer Service**:Be the first point of contact for all inbound claim calls, delivering exceptional service and support.
- **Claims Management**:Handle calls from landlords, real estate agencies, assessors, and third parties for both new and existing claims.
- **Relationship Building**:Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- **Operational Support**:Assist with general business operations, including processing post, checking online lodgements, and following up on existing claims.
