**Start date for this role is Wednesday 12th February 2025. This role includes a comprehensive 7-week, full-time training program held at our Adelaide or Brisbane office.**

As a **Customer Service Representative (Strata Specialist)**, you will receive a high volume of inbound calls and will be responsible for:

- Assisting new and existing customers by providing detailed information about insurance products and services
- Handling inbound calls and inquiries, offering solutions tailored to customer needs
- Achieving sales and service targets set for Strata insurance
- Addressing and resolving customer concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and policies

**Shift & Hours**
We are currently recruiting for **full-time** positions for the below shift options:

- Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week - start window 7:30am - 9:30am SA Time
- ‘Start window’ means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown._

**Training Period**

If successful, we are offering **7 weeks full time, paid training (Monday - Friday from 8.30am until 4.30pm SA time)**, commencing on the Wednesday 12th February 2025. This training will be held **onsite** at our Adelaide or Brisbane office.

**Work from home requirements**

As this role will be a combination of onsite attendance and work from home you will need to be set up accordingly. You will be provided with a Suncorp laptop; however, you must organise the following:

- Home phone line or VOIP connection
- Good quality internet connection, ergonomic set up including keyboard, mouse, dual screens, desk, chair and a private space.
