We are seeking a social media and content specialist to work remotely and manage our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages

If you have the ability to create actionable marketing plans and create engaging content that helps drive customer engagement and sales growth, then we would like to speak with you.

**What fun things you will be doing**:

- Manage the end to end process of creating content (planning, shooting, editing, posting)
- Manage and plan the social media content schedule
- Develop video and content ideas
- Strategise, produce, and develop great visual content
- Be the voice of the business when responding and engaging with customers
- Analyse and report social media results and find ways to optimise content
- Work closely with the owner to drive the direction for the communication strategy and achieve the business goals

- Highly creative and thinks outside of the box
- A problem solver with a positive attitude
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with the owner
- Must have attention to detail
- A passion and understanding of The Cupcake Princess brand and our customers
- Exceptional sense of aesthetic and graphic skills
- High level of creativity to develop original content ideas that help us stand out
- A keen sense of content development, and what works on social media
