**Description**:
**The Opportunity**:
As our workforce channel continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and industry-experienced Leadership and Management Trainer and Assessor to join our team in a Casual Trainer and Assessor capacity. This position involves delivering BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management to existing workers, one day per month, onsite in Brisbane, with training delivery on either a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate Trainer and Assessors to utilise their expert knowledge and passion to deliver BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
**About you**:
You are a passionate Trainer and Assessor who can engage, captivate, and motivate your target audience. You will be innovative in how you deliver a training package whilst maintaining a focus on compliance for accredited training and assessment.
Your previous experience delivering face to face programs will see you deliver, guide, add value and experience to the learning process for existing workers within a team leader/supervisor role. Your collaborative and supportive approach will help individuals successfully complete their qualification, providing them with the skills to thrive in their careers.
**Essential Criteria/Requirements**:

- Current qualification BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or higher
- Relevant and current industry experience in Leadership and Management
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- Demonstrated experience in Face-to-Face delivery and assessment of training programs.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in relevant vocational industry including demonstrated experience in training and assessment in a competency-based training environment.
- An understanding of nationally endorsed Training Packages and accredited courses.
- Demonstrated experience with VET Quality Framework and understanding of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015.
- High level of interpersonal and communications skills
- Proficient using Microsoft office suite.
- Must be able to engage with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems such as Canvas.
- Working with Children Check
- Be able to commit to the 2 full days (7.5hrs per month on either a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday)

As the Casual/Contract Trainer your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Conducting training and assessment including preparation of session plans, student support, tracking, reporting student attendance and completing relevant administrative tasks.
