We’re partnering with an ASX-listed business within the manufacturing sector. With many businesses under their umbrella, you will gain exposure to business complexities and potential future integrations of additional businesses.
This newly created role has been carefully developed to support the people plan, and increase the level of HR support to the business. This is a true generalist role that will allow you to fully develop and expand across the whole HR remit, with a blend of HR operations, coupled with a broad range of projects.
Located in the CBD and reporting to the HR Manager some of your main responsibilities will include;
- Providing timely day-to-day HR advice, support and consultancy to managers and employees in workforce planning, job design, recruitment and on-boarding, employee relations, performance
management, remuneration, conflict resolution and off-boarding.
- Supporting managers and employees in the interpretation and adherence to the relevant industrial instruments.
- Coaching managers through any ER issues, providing guidance and building manager capability.
- Proactively partnering with the business to identify any issues, capability gaps, upcoming HR needs etc.
- Creating a better approach to reporting on HR data, and designing and delivering a dashboard-like approach.
- Leading HR Projects including revamping the onboarding and induction program, D&I initiatives, and streamlining the HRIS (SuccessFactors).
- Experience in an Advisor or Business Partner capacity with strong generalist knowledge.
- Ability to manage and navigate through organisational complexity.
- Tertiary qualified in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or relevant discipline.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills.
- Exposure to EBAs is beneficial.
