**About Us**

We are a growing **Sydney-based labour hire company**, supplying skilled and reliable staff to the warehousing, logistics, construction, and events industries. With a strong reputation for service excellence, we are now looking to bring on a dedicated **Appointment Setter / Business Development Manager** to help us connect with new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

**The Role**

This role focuses on **building rapport with potential clients** and **securing appointments** for our senior management team. You will be provided with clear guidelines, support, and all the tools you need to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contact Sydney-based businesses to discuss our staffing services
- Clearly explain our service offering and capabilities
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers for senior managers
- Confirm appointment details and provide follow-up where necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a smooth handover of new clients

**About You**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and confident phone manner
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience in appointment setting, administration, or B2B customer service (labour hire or recruitment industry experience highly regarded)
