Hawksworth have partnered with a major financial to on-board Program Coordinator. This is an initial 6 month contract based in Brisbane.

The Program Manager will play a role as the 2IC to the Program Director. This role has oversight and responsibility that spans all projects that fall within the Program. The purpose of this role is to manage the end to end delivery of large projects (across multiple streams) and ensure effective and timely communication to the business and other stakeholder groups, in adherence to their governance model.

**Qualifications**:

- Project Management qualifications (PMBOK, Prince2, Agile) (mandatory).
- University degree or other professional qualification (desired).
- Membership of related professional bodies (such as Australian Institute of Project Managers, Australian Human Resources Institute, Australian Institute of Management, etc.) that can facilitate professional networking and continuous exposure to best practice in project management (mandatory).

**Experience**:

- Minimum 10 years of Insurance industry project management experience across a diverse range of business functions (e.g. CTP, finance, RFPs, Regulatory), domains and processes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement ranging from C-suite through to the project team.
- Experienced in various project management disciplines - PMBOK, Agile etc.
- Experience in building successful business relationships at all levels.
- Experience in working as a management team.
