Our Australian Marketing department in Seven Hills is now looking for a Marketing Coordinator.

**Key Tasks**

***
Marketing and Communications
- Proactive marketing communications to our stakeholders (deploy the planned and adhoc communications via EDM, website updates, sharepoint newsletters, and social media)
- Support Australia’s Dealerships (produce dealer newsletters in addition to company newsletters, execute the marketing tactical components of our partnerships agreements etc.)
- Organize office branding as requested.
- Maintain the partner and sales team resources portals.
- Maintain digital platforms to ensure the latest content and branding are applied

Campaign Management
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across
- Promote events - pre, during, and post event - and develop ways to increase our customer engagement (online and offline) as well as provide post event engagement reports.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Content Creation
- Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Event Co-ordination
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows and conferences.
- Coordinate event logistics, including booth/stand setup, promotional materials and post event follow-up

Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, in market and regionally, to ensure marketing execution aligns with company goals.

General Support
- Maintain the sales and marketing database (diligently add and remove people upon request)
- Support the organization of smaller country-based events, such as end of year celebrations, sales strategy meetings, and community events.
- Join the sales team meetings on a fortnightly basis to collaborate and keep them informed of relevant information.

**Your Background**
You have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.

Other qualifications or experiences.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time managerment abilities
- Attention to detail and a committment to producing high-quality work.
- Creative thinking and a willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
