We’re now expanding our team and looking for someone who can help bridge our Australian operations with our Korean suppliers.

**About the Role**

We’re seeking a detail-driven and proactive **Brand & Supply Chain Coordinator** to support our product operations, manage brand communication (especially Korean-speaking suppliers), and liaise internally with our marketing, logistics, and eCommerce teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Issue purchase orders and manage the full PO cycle using our inventory system (Unleashed)
- Update inventory system with new product info, barcodes, pricing, expiry, and shipment details
- Track incoming shipments, manage ETAs, and coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouse
- Communicate with Korean suppliers regarding stock availability, lead times, and documentation
- Liaise with the marketing team to align on promotional plans and request marketing assets from brands
- Coordinate tester/FOC requests and prepare support materials for in-store and online campaigns
- Assist with onboarding new SKUs, managing translations, and collecting certifications if needed
- Support monthly brand performance reports, helping identify restock and promotion opportunities
- Ensure product and supplier records are accurate and up-to-date

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years experience in admin, operations, supply chain, or coordination
- Experience using inventory/order management systems (e.g., Unleashed, DEAR, TradeGecko, Cin7) preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; Korean language skills are a strong advantage
- Confident with Excel / Google Sheets and handling data accurately
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- A team player with a strong interest in K-beauty and international brands

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $58,053.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
