**Purpose of the ICT Manager role**

The ICT Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of information communication technology services, leading the technology team, and implementing strategic ICT initiatives to support the operational requirements of our business units in meeting customer's needs.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation of Business-plan-aligned ICT strategic initiatives to enhance ICT's functional effectiveness in satisfying customer requirements.
- Manage processes, procedures, and compliance for technology projects to align with operational requirements and systems governance.
- Oversee and manage the ICT team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including technology vendors and partners.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans and manage contracts with technology providers.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing ICT services, projects, and teams.
- Strong knowledge of best practice technical standards frameworks for ICT (COBIT, ITIL, NIST, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in contract management and supplier performance management.
- Knowledge of relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards, including privacy and data protection laws.
