As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Group Executive, Member Engagement, and where appropriate for day-to-day assistance to the Member Engagement team.**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Provide advanced assistance to the GE Member Engagement and the Member Engagement Leadership team.
- Performing various complex administrative support functions, including but not limited to, analytical and specialised administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations.
- Perform advanced word processing to include complex presentations, reports, spreadsheets and graphs; transcribes information of a technical, confidential and or sensitive nature.
- Screen mail and callers, respond to and route inquiries to appropriate staff as necessary
- Determine importance and priority of various issues and determine what major issues should be brought to the attention of the GE Member Engagement.
- Research, compile, summarise, and analyse information to formulate correspondence and respond to various inquiries from internal and external sources.
- Manage the organisation of meetings including scheduling and invitations, booking rooms, setting up agendas, minute taking, organising catering and distribution of meeting documentation and minutes
- Assists the GE Member Engagement in preparation of reports and presentations to Rest Committees and Board and other Senior Executives of Rest.
- Responsible for participating in a culture of cooperation, initiative and responsibility throughout Rest to maintain a safe and healthy workplace, and meeting the requirements of Rest’s WHS policies and Management System
**About You**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in an area such as communications, marketing, design, humanities, or similar (desirable)
- Extensive experience providing complex support or problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, either as an executive/personal assistant or in a role with similar multi-faceted demands
- An interest in digital experience and data-driven marketing
- Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, prioritise and organise
- Agile and adaptable; able to operate in fast paced environment and adjust to changing priorities
- Capable numeracy skills including ability to work with financial budgets and forecasts
- Self-motivated, responsible, trustworthy and committed
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- High degree of confidentiality and interpersonal sensitivity
- Internal and external customer focus
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage competing demands under pressure
