Our programs are designed to nurture the holistic development of every child - and we’re now seeking a driven **Marketing Coordinator** to help amplify our message across schools, communities, and families across New South Wales.

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced **Marketing Coordinator** to join our team and lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple sites. Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for brand consistency, campaign coordination, and stakeholder engagement that reflects the values and vibrancy of Amana OSHC.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive enrolments and increase brand awareness
- Coordinate digital and print collateral including flyers, newsletters, parent communications, and centre signage
- Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with school partners and educators to promote key initiatives, events, and information sessions
- Create engaging and community-aligned content using Canva and other design tools
- Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly reports and recommendations
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms and touchpoints
- Support and implement term-based marketing calendars and initiatives across all centres
- Liaise with families, staff, and school leaders to capture testimonials, stories, and user-generated content

**You Will Bring**:

- 3-4 years of experience in a marketing coordination or communications role, preferably within education, childcare, or community services
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and content calendars
- Graphic design competency (e.g. Canva, Adobe suite or similar)
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with creativity and clarity
- A positive, collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to learning and problem solving
- A passion for children’s wellbeing and a desire to contribute to purpose-driven work
