Company & Store Group Manager

As a **Company & Store Group Manager**, you will report to National Sales Manager based in NSW. You will manage the stores performance of multiple Company Owned Stores. You must achieve sales and profitability growth for the assigned stores, through leadership and development of the stores team whilst following all PPG procedures.
**Responsibilities**
**Achieve Sales**
- Working with the State Manager to maximize sales potential and meeting the product and service needs of our customers.
- Achieving sales, revenue, and growth targets for the assigned stores.
- Leading a sales approach that maximizes value by focusing on the features and benefits of PPG products, and our service proposition.
- Review sales/ expenses to budget monthly with Store Managers so all stores return a profit before allocated costs.
- Coordinate and ensure all marketing activity is rolled out according to relevant marketing timelines.
- Maximizing the potential of customer relationships
- Establishing stores merchandising and presentation standards
- Building and maximizing the potential of customer relationships
- Operating point of sale system and preparing sales invoices following company policy
- Improve customer service and increase sales in store by managing the 4x3 Customer Service Protocol and Selling Application System - Induction, training, daily coaching, performance measurement and improvement.
**Achieve Stores Compliance Standards**
- Management of expenses, inventory and stock take in consideration of Performance goals.
- Maintaining stores standards to always benchmark and personal presentation standards (uniform and grooming).
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures
**Training**
- Recruiting new team members
- Attend PPG state-based training and help train team members.
- Lead the Goal Setting and Performance process for the Assistant Manager and Sales Assistants
- Ensure all staff are trained and follow the 4 x 3 sales process.
**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Tint paint and colour match and make product recommendations to customers.
- Maintain store housekeeping standards following company standard.
- Stock receipt, maintain orders and transact customer sales through the Point-of-Sale system.
- Manage other ad hoc responsibilities.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail management.
- Commercial knowledge
- Business POS Software Literacy
- Availability to work and travel between stores plus working weekends/public holidays.
