As an Oral Care Consultant, you would be part of our dynamic and fast paced Marketing Team. Key responsibilities include: developing and implementing the marketing plans that will establish and maintain current and long-range vision for the brand(s) to increase sales, margin and profitability for the brand(s).

**Job Summary (purpose)**:
The Logistics Analytics Leader is responsible for coordinating the logistics and warehousing operations across the Australian and New Zealand businesses. This includes working closely with our 3PL partner(s) to ensure efficient warehousing operations to meet the relevant Colgate standards.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- 3PL Relationship Coordination - Support the relationship with 3PL provider(s) ensuring the national warehouse operations are meeting day to day requirements.
- Leveraging Systems & Analytics - Utilising supply chain systems and tools for logistics and cost management for transacting and reporting. Using analytics to identify opportunities for efficiency, service improvement & tracking bunker increases to foresee rate trends.
- Partnerships & Collaboration - Strengthening collaboration across the Supply Chain functions to drive agility, responsiveness and End-To-End execution. Working closely with the sales team on country customer maintenance and implementation.
- Effective Execution - Monitor the performance of 3PL partners on identified KPI’s. Engage 3PL’s to implement/ sustain warehouse quality standards, conduct self assessments, and audits. Responsible for the ongoing monitoring of performance for each service contract.
- Coordinate SP CS&L FTG program - Initiate FTG workshops, maintain project database, validate savings projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Freight efficiencies - Responsible for Operations, customer service, market monitoring and statistics for SoPAc in Ocean Freight duties.
- Coaching & development - Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to your team, ensuring to develop skills to the highest level. Conducting cyclical performance evaluations for direct reports.
- Key interfaces are Order 2 Invoice, Customer Engagement, Supply and Demand Planning, and Vendor Replenishment Planning teams.

**Required (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, etc)**
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration; B.S. in Engineering, Finance, Logistics or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Consumer Goods experience in Warehousing and Logistics
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Supply or Demand Planning, Manufacturing, or Finance highly regarded
