**Role Summary**:
The Executive Assistant to the Executive General Manager Wholesale is an exciting opportunity in our Wholesale Business Unit based at our Perth CBD office.

The primary responsibility of the Executive Assistant (EA) to the Executive General Manager (EGM) is to pro-actively provide a wide range of executive level administration support in a professional, timely, responsible and confidential manner. The EA will provide primary support to the EGM and will also support members of the Wholesale Leadership Team as required.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Manage the EGM’s diary and schedule to ensure effective and efficient use of their time flexibly prioritising conflicting demands on behalf of the EGM.
- Coordinate the timely submission of and consolidation, formatting, and styling of reports to be presented to Board and associated Committees, along with uploading to the document management software.
- Plan, organise and accurately prepare drafts of all other necessary reports, correspondence, submissions, and presentations.
- Collate, summarise, and analyse data as required by the EGM including assisting with operational and business reporting, including reward and recognition reports.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years in an executive level EA position
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated experience preparing submissions and papers for executive and board meetings and presentations, ideally using Diligent Board Management software
