Employment Type: Commission-Based (High Commission Structure)

Key Responsibilities:
Represent Summer Sea Siren Swimwear to wholesale clients in the fashion industry.

Independently source and generate new wholesale leads.

Build and maintain strong relationships with boutique owners, retailers, and buyers.

Present and promote the swimwear collection with enthusiasm and product knowledge.

Attend relevant trade shows, fashion events, and networking opportunities.

Provide feedback from clients to help shape future collections and sales strategies.

Monitor personal sales performance and proactively seek growth opportunities

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in wholesale sales within the fashion industry.

Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently without supervision.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; outgoing and confident personality.

Passionate about fashion and swimwear; understands current trends and market needs.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Comfortable working on a high commission basis with performance-driven incentives.
