**Role Description**

We are seeking a Junior Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This full-time role is based in Melbourne with flexibility to work from home on occasion. You will support the day-to-day operations of the business and play a key part in ensuring smooth communication, efficient processes, and a professional experience for our clients.

This role is well-suited to someone early in their career who is eager to learn and develop within the financial services industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative support across the business
- Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Support document preparation, filing, and record management
- Help with client enquiries and direct queries to the appropriate team member
- Assist with data entry and updating internal systems
- Provide support to the leadership team with ad hoc tasks and projects

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred, but not essential
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- High school diploma required; further education or certifications in business/administration is an advantage
- Interest in finance, lending, or professional services will be highly regarded
