An exciting opportunity exists for an ambitious and motivated Business Banker to join the Small Business Banking team. This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your relationship management skills whilst working within a supportive, focused and successful team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for helping to manage a Business Banking Portfolio of clients and will work closely with our branch network & contact centre teams to handle referrals for small business customers and assist them with their current and future needs. You will establish yourself as a trusted partner for all of their small business referrals. This role is a unique opportunity to shape and better the way we interact with the Small Business sector.

**What do I need?**

We are looking for lending experience ideally in business banking. You'll have a strong understanding of retail/commercial banking products, services and procedures, as well as experience in credit procedures and policies. A natural people-person, you’ll boast an impressive track record in business development, including the acquisition of new to bank customers and a proven history in meeting and exceeding sales targets/KPIs is highly regarded.
