**In this Small Business Banker role, you will**
- Drive retention and growth of existing small business customers and acquire new business through external relationships.
- Grow revenue and drive customer advocacy, promoting NAB as a bank of choice
- Manage small business lending requests up to $1.5 million, and home lending up to $5 million.
- Create strong and lasting partnerships with our branch colleagues, the wider NAB group and externally with referral networks and brokers.
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business to NAB
- Provide expertise and insights about business options whilst tempered with a balance for risk for growth and innovation

**What you’ll bring**
- Business and/or Retail/Lending banking and financial experience
- Excellent understanding of the SME Market and local area knowledge
- Strong customer and relationship management
- Problem solving, time management, critical thinking and negotiation skills
