The hours are Monday to Friday working on a weekly rotating roster (7.30am - 3.45pm and 10.15 am - 6.30pm shifts). This is a great opportunity to move away from working 7 days a week and give you your weekends back

This top tier professional services firm is looking for a Client Services Receptionist to provide prompt, efficient and courteous service to their clients, partners and staff on their client services floor which comprises of reception and an in-house café at their new Collins Street office.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating computer based booking system and confirming all bookings i.e. catering, audio visual equipment and room facilities.
- Video Conferencing responsibilities; book, monitor, program and facilitate a superior end to end service for all Video Connectivity.
- Allocating rooms/facilities to staff and clients.
- Receiving clients/staff in a professional manner, promptly advising relevant parties of their arrival and direction to the allocated rooms.
- Liaising with Client Services team regarding catering requirements, audio visual equipment and room allocations.
- Collaborate with Client Services team for room set up, provision of equipment and in room support.
- Provide in room Audio Visual support for staff and clients.
- Maintaining client facing areas (reception and café), support service delivery when required.
