We’re on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Supamart Cremorne. You’ll have an awesome eye for detail, and a commitment to providing great customer experiences.

To be suitable for this role you must:

- be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards;
- be a proven leader who is driven to provide your teams a supportive, encouraging, safe and positive team based working environment;
- have sound and proven experience in the retail sector; and
- possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships.

Skills & Experience required
- Formal qualification plus two years full time relevant work experience or 3 years full time relevant work experience
- Confident in developing and and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided for IGA supermarkets
- The ability to manage, motivate and develop staff to provide excellent customer service
- Liaise with other organisational units and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations
- Work efficiently and effectively with other team members throughout the group
- Rostering and assisting with the recruitment process
- Providing ongoing staff supervision, direction and feedback to team members along with assisting in training and reviews
- Stock/Wastage control

Full time: 38 Hours A Week, Sunday-Thursday

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
