Property/guest Relations Manager

The leading furnished accommodation specialist—The Apartment Service—is seeking a customer service-oriented property/guest relations manager to manage a portfolio of quality executive standard furnished apartments in prime locations throughout Sydney.
The Apartment Service prides itself on providing a first-class service to both its property owners and guests.
- Previous customer service experience eg: from travel/hospitality industry
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
- Ability to self-supervise;
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking & organisational skills;
- Honest and trustworthy character;
- Passion for the real estate and/or hospitality industries;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) an advantage;
- Basic home maintenance skills an advantage but not essential.
- Good presentation and phone manner
- A positive “can do” attitude
- Must be able to work in Australia and hold an unrestricted drivers licence.
- Further training provided (Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice) a possibility and recommended creating future opportunities (if moving to full time position).
Ongoing training will be provided within a supportive and caring environment. Full time position. Immediate start available. Hours are 38 hours per week Mon-Fri with some Saturday work.
Salary dependent upon skills and experience and excludes Superannuation
Pay: $63,232.00 per year
