**THE OPPORTUNITY...**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic and passionate Customer Service Team at DECJUBA This is a casual opportunity based at our Head Office in Cremorne with the potential for some work from home flexibility.

At Decjuba our customers are our number one priority. We pride ourselves on being able to deliver an AMAZING customer experience to every person who walks through our doors. Reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager, this role will be responsible for providing amazing customer experiences to all DECJUBA customers.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Delivering AMAZING customer experiences through timely responses to all queries over the phone and online.
- Taking a solution focused approach to continuously elevate the customer experience at DECJUBA.
- Assisting with the returns and exchanges process as required.
- Using your problem-solving skills to resolve more complex queries to ensure our customers always have an amazing experience.
- Communicating customer feedback to appropriate stakeholders.
- Ad hoc administrative duties for customer service as required.

**OUR NEXT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE HAS...**
- At least 2 years’ experience in a high-volume customer service or retail setting.
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering amazing customer experiences.
- Advanced computer and administrative skills.
- Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A professional and confident approach to customer service.
