The Karellas Group (Karellas Investments Pty Ltd), is a fast growing, independent, family owned Supermarket business trading under the Supamart banner. Currently operating Supermarkets in six, soon to be seven, locations across metropolitan Sydney. As a result of rapid growth an opportunity has arisen to join our IT team in a full-time position as a System Analyst.

**Responsibilities**:
**Business Requirements and Analysis**:

- Formulate and document business requirements in collaboration with users.
- Analyse and optimise business processes, procedures, and work practices.
- Propose system modifications or new solutions to enhance user satisfaction.

**System Functionality and Improvement**:

- Recommend enhancements to system functionality and behaviour.
- Develop clear functional specifications for system developers.
- Utilise data and process modelling techniques for software design.

**Project Management and Deployment**:

- Develop project plans, manage resources, and ensure project cost-effectiveness.
- Deploy functional solutions and conduct system testing to ensure quality.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for new software functionalities.

**User Support and Training**:

- Provide technical support to 80+ staff members using Supamart business systems.
- Assist users with troubleshooting, installation, and configuration.
- Create user documentation and conduct formal training sessions.

**System Implementation and Management**:

- Manage antivirus policies and ensure system security.
- Monitor system integrity and availability on a daily basis.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Manage Active Directory users, computers, and domain policies
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement new system solutions.
- Consult with users and programmers to improve system functionality.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain regular reports and manage documentation effectively.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Experience or degree in Data Analysis is essential.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Environment, including Windows 7/10 and Office 2003/2007/2010/365.
- Experience managing Active Directory services and Exchange Server 2010 administration.
- Ability to support and manage a wide range of IT infrastructure projects.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of system development in the supermarket industry, especially in fresh food areas.
- Capability to develop and enhance systems and provide targeted audits and recommendations.

Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000 plus superannuation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
