Our Nationally renowned Facility Management client is seeking an experienced and driven Project Administrator to join their team in Burswood. This is a 6 month assignment with the potential to extend

Working hours: Full time 38 Hours (Monday - Friday)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months with the potential to extend

Pay Rate: Approx $36ph + Super depending on experience

**The Role**

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Providing support to the Project teams to deliver multiple construction projects at any one time
- Assisted with travel arrangements and submitting expenses for the project team
- Assist and support financial activities, raising and modifying purchase requisitions, developing cost reports
- Managing project variations, EOT's and RFI's
- Assist management of document control
- Set up and maintaining project filing systems
- Support project management activities to the defined scope, budget, schedule, standards, and specifications in accordance with relevant processes and Project Management Framework.
- An overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development.
- Cultivating positive relationships through effective engagement, communication and consultation.
- Undertaking quality field leadership activities to review current activities, practices and processes, and identifying any gaps for improvement.

**Experience Required**
- A Tertiary qualification desirable but not mandatory for this role
- MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role working on multiple projects
- Experience working on housing projects Beneficial
- The ability to work autonomously with distinctive proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage a variety of stakeholders effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization skills and a high attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
