The Opportunity:
We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our brand-new**Roselands Medical Practice**available for **Medical Receptionists**seeking**casual work**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Friendly, fun and dedicated team
- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
- Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- processing payments via EFTPOS, HICAPs and Medicare
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

**Requirements**:

- Available to work on a casual basis - additional shifts can be picked up at our surrounding practices
- Previous Medical Reception experience will be highly regarded
- You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
