**Client Services / Admin Assistant**
We are looking for a dynamic Client Services Assistant ("CSA") to support our Tax & Advisory. The Tax & Advisory team provide technically proficient, strategic accounting and tax services to a an exciting client base of entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals.
The role of a CSA has a variety of responsibilities that support and assist the professional team, including but not limited to:
- Managing the workflow of the team
- Liaising with clients and government bodies
- Preparing correspondence, reports and other documents as required
- Preparing fee proposals and invoices
- Supporting all administrative requirements of the team
The CSA is expected to have direct contact with clients and other third parties, as well as liaise with the whole team on administrative matters. With stakeholders both internally and externally, the role is "client facing" and success in the role is very much driven by the ability to build and maintain relationships both inside and outside the firm.
**Role specific duties**
- General administrative duties such as typing, scanning, office organisation etc.
- Coordination of workflow including entry of new jobs and updating existing jobs
- Maintenance and updates in relation to all aspects of client records and information
- Answering client queries and following up requested documents/actions
- Preparation of fee proposals and invoices
- Production of letters, correspondence, reports and other required documentation
- Lodging, reporting, updating and general compliance with government bodies such as the Australian Taxation Office, Australian Securities and Investments Commission
- Collation and preparation of financial and general reports for distribution to clients
- Scheduling client appointments and functions on behalf of the team
- General support to the Partners, Operations Manager & team members as required
- Undertaking ad hoc work, assisting with various reports and research as required
Proven experience in a professional office environment and sound knowledge of general administration processes are a requirement of the role.
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
