**About the Role**

We are on the lookout for our next Client Service rising star working within the Customer Experience (CX) team delivering Mystery Shopping programs for our major retail clients.

As our **Account Executive** you will be confident working with multiple internal and external stakeholders dealing directly with clients, our internal operations teams and our field team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate and personable in their approach to building strong collaborative relationships and are detail orientated when working to deliver a high standard of service.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Ideally you have past experience working in a retail or customer experience-based role
- Multitasker with great organisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to interpret and analyse data
- Intermediate level of MS Excel & PowerPoint
- A solutions focused mindset

**Tasks & responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the management of Mystery Shopping programs, including activity communications, questionnaire development, client communication, tracking and reporting
- Monitor the team against the program schedule, ensuring quality standards and procedures are followed
- Client communication & program reporting requirements
- Data validation and monitoring data quality and integrity
- Managing validation team budget, spend and day to day organisation
- Actioning program updates - administration of store, hierarchy and distribution lists

**Salary**: $70,788.93 - $80,583.61 per year
