Print Production Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing designs using Adobe Illustrator.
- Develop and refine graphics for various print materials such as banners, posters, flyers, and promotional items.
- **Print Production**:

- Utilize Versa Works software to prepare and optimize files for printing.
- Operate printing equipment and ensure high-quality output.
- Perform minor service and maintenance tasks on printer equipment at regular intervals.
- Keep the print shop organized and maintained to ensure optimal efficiency.
- **Supply Management**:

- Order print media and other necessary supplies to maintain inventory levels.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder as needed to prevent disruptions in production.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Ability to interpret production drawings to match print files accurately.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to printing equipment and software.
- Maintain a working knowledge of industry trends and advancements in graphic design and printing technology.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Versa Works software.
- Experience operating and maintaining printing equipment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
