Warehouse Co-Ordinator

Farnese Machinery Pty Ltd, a national company located in Ingleburn, Sydney, are industry leaders in the design and manufacture of a variety of machinery for the Stone and Woodworking industries.

Farnese machines have found homes all over Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom and Vietnam.

We are looking for an effective Warehouse Co-Ordinator with a hands-on approach.

You will be responsible for all warehouse duties, including operating a forklift as well as maintaining our branch facility, assisting our Tooling & Equipment and Service Divisions.

Being an excellent communicator, experience in working autonomously, having great attention to detail and being highly organised will be key to your success in the role. Having a customer centric mindset is paramount.

You will be responsible for:

• Stock control
• Receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide variety of products
• Checking deliveries to ensure the correct deliveries and quantities are received
• Picking and packing orders
• Receiving and Dispatch
• Ensuring all stock is accurately allocated
• Preparing packages for dispatch, including loading, and wrapping stock on pallets, and utilising a forklift to carry out day to day duties
• Liaising with our other branches for correct stock orders, deliveries, and discrepancies
• Packing away all incoming orders
• Checking emails and printing pick lists
• Booking couriers
• Loading and Unloading sea containers
• Operating company ERP software
• Assisting walk-in Customers with sales
• General housekeeping of the warehouse
• Additional duties as may be required

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Forklift license
• Valid driver's license
• Exposure to work, health, and safety practices
• Computer Literacy
• Physically fit, can lift, bend, and stand for numerous hours at a time.
• A positive can-do attitude towards work and a dependable team player
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
• High level of Customer Service
