We are currently looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our team.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES**
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
- Analyse market trends and student demographics to identify opportunities for business expansion and product development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, recruitment partners, and other stakeholders to foster sales opportunities and maximize market penetration.
- Implement efficient sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship management, to optimize sales performance and productivity.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the international education sector
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales operations activities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate sales performance, strategies, and recommendations.

**WHAT YOU NEED**
- A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification or at least five years of experience at the requisite skill level.

**SKILLS**
- Well organised, meticulous, able to work independently and manage tight deadlines
- Proficiency in compiling, analysing and reporting on sales data
- Strong knowledge of monitoring competitive activity, customer behaviour and market trends

Expected Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

Position: Full-time, Permanent

Work Authorisation: Australia (required)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:
