**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced full-time Receptionist & Office Services Assistant who has a genuine desire to provide outstanding personable service to our staff and clients in our Brisbane Office.
Your primary responsibility to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Client Floor, Reception to make a memorable, positive first impression and taking care of the day to day running of the office.
**Responsibilities**
- Undertaking receptionist duties to enhance Lander's capacity for delivering high-quality, customer-centric services.
- Greeting clients and visitors, answering inquiries, and managing visitor experience.
- Answering and routing incoming calls, scheduling, and routing clients.
- Managing meeting room bookings and schedules via Outlook and transitioning to the new booking system upon rollout.
- Resetting rooms for events and functions to accommodate various setups and requirements.
- Organising and booking catering orders.
- Collaborating closely with the Catering Manager based in Melbourne and their team.
- Overseeing daily running of the office, including maintenance, streamline facilities-related communications, and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
- Conducting health and safety audits, manage risk assessments, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and the Preventative Maintenance Schedule.
- Maintaining up to date First Aid and Warden registers to ensure preparedness across all offices.
- Coordinating with external service providers and manage vendor relations to support the Facilities Manager in operational tasks.
- Conducting routine checks of the client floor, raising service requests as needed, and adhering to opening/closing procedures daily.
- Serving as a liaison between the business, Reception, Catering, and Facilities teams.
- Overseeing office management tasks such as conducting office tours, managing stationery orders, uploading and coding invoices and kitchen oversight.
- Managing security including access cards, CCTV cameras and staff lockers.
- Maintaining the firm's archives accurately as required.
**About You**
You must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with external clients, peers, and other staff members effectively.
You are a positive person and have a strong work ethic. Able to multi-task and priorities your work. Great attention to detail is essential. You will ideally have 5 years' experience in a same or similar role and a willingness to learn. Computer experience is essential and knowledge in the legal industry beneficial.
