Due to increase in global project requirements within the Research & Development team, a new opportunity has arisen for a
**Sample Management Technician **to work within the R&D Group & be involved in sample management work from start to finish.

**About the Opportunity**:
Key responsibilities include the following:

- Maintain sample integrity & accessions samples into sample management system.
- Resolve discrepancies with responsibility for investigating & correcting sample anomalies.
- Stages samples for testing per schedule/request & maintain operability of sample storage units (e.g. routine maintenance, temperature monitoring).
- Ships samples to domestic or international destinations.
- Import existing clinical samples in IM (Data Entry)& monitor materials stored at 2-8°C.
- Perform basic laboratory activities, eg calibration of pH meter, ELISA.
- Responsible for oversight of the goods receipt log process; run periodic reports & follow up on missing/outstanding orders.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Science.
- Ability to work in a regulated environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational & communication skills.
- Proficienct in MS Excel, MS Word, Electronic Lab Notebook (IDBS).
