An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-oriented Public Relations & Events Sample Assistant to join a dynamic team at Seed Heritage.

Reporting to the PR & Events Specialist, this role involves managing and organising marketing samples for various needs, including social content, talent management, events, media requests, and concession activities.
- This is a Part Time role, 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday), 9am-5.30pm._

**THE ROLE**:

- Efficiently manage and organise product samples for all marketing requirements, including social content, talent management, events, media requests, and concession activity.
- Oversee samples for various marketing activities, ensuring all processes are streamlined and efficient.
- Ensure all key timelines are met, and keep stakeholders informed of any late deliveries or styling changes.
- Maintain and organise sample rooms.
- Handle all aspects of sample order administration, including processing, ordering, dispatching, and reviewing.
- Provide support for the yearly internal sample sale, ensuring smooth execution.
- Book local and international couriers for sample send-outs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Participate in store shoots, including monthly content shoots and ad hoc events, as needed.
- Manage stock movement, unpacking, and preparation for dispatch.
- On-site 3 days per week in our St Kilda Rd offices.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience within the fashion or retail industry desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Presentable, approachable, and consistently demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve in a dynamic, high-paced environment.
