**Your new role**
- Raising all workshop Purchase Orders for the Welshpool Yard
- Raising all Purchase Orders for their South Australia projects (x2)
- Raising Purchase Orders as required and when requested by project workshop supervisors
- Attaching appropriate service records to work orders
- Completing workshop time sheets
- General date entry
- Entering workshop time sheets into Labour Distribution spreadsheet
- JDE Housekeeping of all open work orders, closing out regularly
- JDE Housekeeping of GRNI report
- JDE Housekeeping of workflow and ensuring invoices are being paid within payment terms
- Assisting Plant Admin with asset set up requests, on/offhires
- Assisting Transport Coordinator with processing of Project Transport Invoices upon request
- Additional tasks as required based on projects in hand

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with JDE highly beneficial
- Experience in a similar role preferred
