**About Our Client**:
Page Personnel has partnered with one of Australia's largest independently owned 3PL _transport_ and logistics companies, operating across 20 distribution centres across Australia.

The key responsibilities of this role are,
- Financial reporting for weekly costs for Fleet & Workshop Activities.
- R&M reporting weekly.
- Workshop Labour recovery weekly.
- Open PO reporting weekly.
- Safety representative for Maintenance w/shops Perth & Kalgoorlie.
- Ensuring Compliance with Training Matrix.
- Liaising with enquiries from internal and external customers.
- Coordinate the day-to-day administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and other duties as directed by the workshop team.
- Third Party Invoice pricing and reconciliation.
- Conformance to quality systems and procedures.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Accurate data entry / typing.
- High attention to detail.
- Highly developed organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Customer service orientated.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to follow all company policies.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
