Workshop Administrator - Join Our Team

Location: Bassendean, Western Australia

Full time position

We are currently seeking a dynamic Workshop Administrator to join our team at Radical Torque Solutions in Western Australia. As the Workshop Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our workshop environment. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent administrative skills, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle workshop administration duties, including but not limited to customer reports, customer quotes, and inquiries.
- Follow up on tool repair quotes to ensure timely completion.
- Process purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
- Expedite parts orders for tool repairs to minimise downtime.
- Coordinate tool calibration activities and follow-up as needed.
- Provide logistics support to ensure seamless operations.
- Offer general administrative support to various departments.
- Assist with external purchasing tasks as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the State Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a workshop or similar environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in logistics and purchasing is an advantage.
- Must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
